I took an opportunity between jobs to spend a month in the South Island of New Zealand. The goal was to take my photography to another level. Even after having lived in South Africa prior to these, the views provided still blew my mind.

It takes a forty minute hike to get to this spot from the car park, a forty minute hike that can usually result in nothing if the Fox Glacier is covered up.
The tree at Lake Wanaka is probably one of the most photographed subjects in New Zealand. I was initially concerned about not being able to find it amidst such a large lake, but it's pretty easy to find.
